  • Patient Medication Assistance Program of Ashland County (PMAP)
PMAP helps uninsured and under-insured residents of Ashland County gain access to brand name medications from pharmaceutical companies at a low cost or free of charge. The program requires an application and $25 application/medication per year fee. The process takes 4-6 weeks to complete. You will be billed at least 2 months after applying to ensure you received medications.
  • Social Services Director (Wellness Coordinator)
primarily provides linkage and referral to community agencies and advocacy to anyone referred to her; those with needs that couldn't be quite met by traditional service agencies or who may be hesitant to attempt to navigate those agencies on their own. Some successful referrals accomplished include finding doctors, reviewing current health care insurances, getting in-patient placement for psychiatric or drug & alcohol treatment, supportive counseling, developing coping skills, obtaining birth certificates, housing, and more.
  • Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies
We accept donations of a wide range of medical equipment and supplies so that we can lend it out to residents of Ashland County. Click here for more information.
